By registering online or via regular mail, you acknowledge:

NO REFUNDS for cancellations after February 24, 2012, or for attendee no-shows. NO REFUNDS for event cancellation or postponements.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND RELEASE:  In partial consideration for accepting and processing this registration application and permitting registrant(s) to attend the Empire State Tourism Conference (Event), registrant(s) hereby agrees to release and hold the New York State Travel & Vacation Association (NYSTVA), its officers, directors, contractors, members and affiliates, harmless for any personal injury, economic loss, or harm sustained during or while traveling to or from the Event, whether caused by third parties, or by other forces or instrumentalities, not acting under or subject to NYSTVA’s direction or control. NYSTVA, in its sole discretion, further reserves the right to limit or cancel the Event for any reason and no such limitation or cancellation shall be deemed a breach of any contract to hold the subject event. By submitting this registration form, registrant(s) hereby release NYSTVA, its officers, directors, contractors members and affiliates from any loss or liability associated with such limitation or cancellation of the Event. Photo Release: NYSTVA occasionally uses photographs of event participants in promotional materials. By virtue of your attendance, you hereby grant NYSTVA the right to use your likeness in such materials.
